Job Purpose
The PPC/Paid Search Coordinator is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for clients. The PPC Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform daily account management and manage Pay Per Click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account for daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communicate to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing).
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • AdWords / Bing certification a plus.
  • BS/BA degree preferred.

Job Purpose

You will be required to work on a portfolio of clients. You will be tasked with auditing, setting up and reviewing the performance of a client’s website by using technologies including, but not exclusive to, Google Analytics, Omniture, Site Catalyst, LinkDex, Hitwise and Microsoft Excel. As part of our campaign management, you will deliver reports to our clients on a monthly basis, documenting site & advertising performance as well as interpreting data to improve the performance of the clients key KPIs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with Analytics and the databases of new clients to create proposals for new business.
  • Develop and implement campaign tracking for our client base (display media, paid search, site, social channels).
  • Work with clients to develop measurable goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure data is collected, analysed and applied appropriately.
  • Work alongside clients and other internal teams / external agencies to optimise a site’s performance to maximise a ROI.
  • Interpret digital data (Analytics and external) to develop insight and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will report directly to the Director of the company but will work as part of a small team on individual client accounts.

Key Selection Criteria

  • A-Level Maths or Business Studies
  • Be able to lead presentations confidently.
  • Provide evidence of strategic ideas that have merit.
  • Comfortable with data, its interpretation and the manipulation of figures.
  • Lead and deliver Analytics audits confidently and successfully.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a UK resident or work permit holder.
  • Skills:

Job Purpose
As Social Media Executive you will assist in implementing the Company’s and our client’s Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, and generating inbound traffic and cultivating enquiries. You will be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for content strategy, blogging, micro-blogging and community participation leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Run and coordinate our clients’ social campaigns and work as part of a team.
  • Coordinate regular client communications and meetings.
  • Raise and manage all issues; managing the delivery elements; project and resource management, scope, time and budget.
  • Experience working with digital media, mobile and tablet projects.
  • Curate content to reach our client’s customers and write editorial content.

  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, and is able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+, Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field.

  • To devise and implement SEO campaigns across a number of assigned client accounts.
  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day technical management of these accounts.

  • Conducting advanced level keyword research.
