Our story

Founded in 2011, Blue Thirst has established itself as a results’ driven performance digital marketing agency. From our initial focus on PPC we have expanded our knowledge and expertise across a breadth of areas including SEO, Paid Social and Affiliate Marketing.

Being proactive in training, learning and expanding, our team stays ahead of the latest tools, features and insights. Everything we do is to ensure we are delivering the best results for our clients, keeping them ahead of their competition.

Our client centred approach makes up the foundation of what we do. Forming strong relationships with our clients remains integral to our ethos.

Martin McAndrew

Founder and CEO

Being the founder of Blue Thirst Martin’s expertise spreads across all things digital marketing.

After graduating from Southampton Solent with a degree in Yacht Production and Surveying, Martin discovered digital marketing and the rest is history.

Martin spends his weekends exploring new places with his daughter in his VW camper.

Katy Dore-Smith

Account Executive

Katy’s speciality lies in management, her organisational skills are second to none. From an educational background focused on literature she found her passion in digital marketing during work experience and hasn’t looked back.

Katy distributes her free time between video gaming and caring after her many animals.

Despite being a muggle, Katy knows her spells. Growing up wanting to be Beyonce, she isn’t far off – she is called a queen too (the queen of grammar).

Lucy Skidmore

Digital Marketing Executive

Lucy’s creative flair has become indispensable to Blue Thirst. Diverging from her degree in Criminology, Lucy has uncovered her love of digital marketing and her future looks bright.

Lucy is a food lover, you name a place to eat and she’s probably been there.

Emily Skivington

Digital Marketing Executive

Emily’s talents lie within data analysis. After graduating with a degree in Sociology and Social Psychology Emily wanted to put her knowledge of consumers and analysing skills to the test, and we give her full marks.

If Emily isn’t out on a cycle ride, you will find her with a paintbrush in her hand.
