Business can now use the Google My Business messaging feature through their web browser. This was previously only available through the mobile app.
Now when you login to Google My Business you should see a ‘messages’ tab on the left hand menu. When you click on it you will load the message chat box. You can see the customers you’re messaging with on the left and then on the right you will see your conversation.
This new update should make it much easier for businesses to respond to customer messages via Google My Business.
