Google My Business is getting new performance reporting under the insights section.
The new metrics include the number of calls and messages you’ve received in the last 6 months. This is plotted by month. You can also see the search terms which triggered your listing to be shown.
Some metrics from the older performance reporting will no longer be available. These include website clicks, direction initiation or trigger source. The new reporting gives you double the amount of months data, however some key metrics are missing.
