Would you be more tempted to buy a product from a retailer if you knew you could pick it up safely at the moment?
Just in time for the lock-down easing a curb side pickup has been launched by Google for its advertisers. This option specifically works with Google shopping ads that are using local inventory ads.
So you have a a standard feed which shows all products and normally works at a country level ie where you postage services will deliver to, local inventory ads is a level deeper and combines local data so you are declaring products, availability of stock in individual stores for example, you have specify at a product level which products can be picked up at curb side or if all products can or if you don’t use local inventory ads this attribute can be set within your Google my business account.
What do you think would you be more tempted to buy a product from a retailer if you knew you could pick it up safely at the moment?
