Google is launching a new AdSense reporting page that will roll out in phases. They’ve suggested it could be up to two weeks before this update reaches all publishers.
In this update Google has introduced some data restrictions. AdSense reporting will now only show data from the last 3 years. This excludes billing and payments data, which will still be available as normal. Google has said that this restriction will make reports more accurate. But old data will still be accessible until the end of 2020.
As well as the reporting updates, Google will be updating the AdSense API in 2021. This will add more parameters and signals to the API.
The new interface should make it easier for publishers to view and understand their data. It will also add more help information within the interface with hover icons.
