Vine’s Successor Byte has Launched
Byte is an app where users upload 6 second videos, much like vine. However, unlike Vine, users on the platform will likely have the option to monetize their content.
The app is available to download for free in the app store and upon its release became the number 1 free app to download, pushing TikTok out of the top spot.
With the prospects to monetize videos and the easily digestible short videos on the platform it is likely the platform will become popular with those who create short video content already and may launch a new breed of “influencers”.
