Yelp is launching a new ratings feature which allows customers to rate businesses based on social distancing and mask compliance.
This feature will allow potential customers to evaluate whether or not they feel safe visiting a business. The rating will only appear once a number of customers agree the appropriate precautions are in place. If you have multiple locations users can only rate the location they’ve visited.
Businesses will also have the option to promote their Covid safe practices.
