Google Ads Now Shows Cart Metrics for Shopping Campaigns

On Google Ads, you can now see average cart size, cost of goods sold, gross profit and more. This will allow you to gain a clearer sense of which products are driving profitable cart transactions. 

If you run shopping campaigns, don’t forget that we’re getting closer to Black Friday and this data will give you a better sense of profitability of your ads. These columns are also available at a product-level, so you can see which products are most likely to convert. To see the columns, you’ll need to have Google Ads conversion tracking setup, as well as having cost of goods sold, completed in your product feed.
