Sector: Finance – Insurance

Who are they?

Insync Insurance (operating under Insync Insurance Solutions Ltd) is a UK-based specialist digital insurance broker, focused on delivering modern and flexible insurance products tailored to SMEs, self-employed professionals, and niche sectors such as beauty, medical and specialist trades.

Unlike traditional brokers, Insync emphasises simplicity, speed, and clarity – offering instant online quotations, streamlined policy issuance, and digital servicing — all backed by expert advice. They partner with leading insurers (including Lloyd’s of London–approved underwriters) to deliver tailored, sector-specific solutions across a broad range of product lines from public and professional liability to property, cyber, medical indemnity, and more.

Over time, Insync has grown rapidly by positioning itself as one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance providers, with a mission to modernise how business insurance is bought, experienced, and maintained. Their customer experience ethos is reinforced by their consistently high service ratings (including multiple Platinum Trusted Service Awards via Feefo) and their commitment to transparent, no-nonsense insurance.

What did our client need?

When Insync Insurance came to us, their existing agency was failing to generate profitable results. Campaigns were optimised only for leads, without visibility of which enquiries actually converted into policy sales. This lack of clarity meant budget was being wasted on activity that didn’t drive real business value.

The first step we took was to integrate offline conversion tracking through Salesforce, enabling us to optimise campaigns against actual policy sales rather than just lead volume. This change alone had a huge impact on account profitability, ensuring every pound spent was aligned with real revenue outcomes.

From there, we:

  • Completely rebuilt and restructured Google Ads campaigns to improve targeting and accurately track sales not just leads
  • Built and managed Meta campaigns to diversify acquisition channels and reach new, high-intent audiences.
  • Re-engineered the account structure to prioritise profitable growth over vanity metrics.
  • Scaled performance quickly and efficiently, growing the account within three months to deliver over £100,000 of policy sales per month at a consistently profitable cost of sale.

This approach transformed Insync’s digital marketing from an unprofitable expense into a scalable, revenue-driving channel.

What did our client think?

We have been very impressed with the work that the Team at Blue Thirst have put into our accounts. The tracking and reporting is way and beyond anything any other agency we have used in the past have provided. Their focus on getting this right first and foremost has meant that account adjustments have been based on solid data allowing them to grow our accounts and therefore ROI significantly. The numbers speak for themselves
