Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) is a UK-based charity dedicated to improving global animal welfare by providing free veterinary care to animals in need, especially in regions with limited access to such services. Founded in 2003 by veterinarian Luke Gamble, WVS began by sending aid parcels from a Dorset village and has since expanded to operate five International Training Centres across India and Thailand. These centres offer hands-on training to veterinary professionals and students, aiming to elevate the standard of care worldwide. WVS also dispatches volunteer vets to underserved communities, delivers essential medical supplies, and responds to emergencies, including natural disasters. Their initiatives encompass canine population control, equine welfare, and the Mission Rabies program, which focuses on eradicating rabies through mass dog vaccinations and public education campaigns.
What did our client need
WVS came to us needing help with their Google Ads campaigns, which were underperforming and failing to deliver the impact they needed for their mission. They wanted to increase volunteer sign-ups and boost donations, but their existing ads weren’t reaching the right audiences effectively. We overhauled their campaign structure, improved targeting, and optimised ad creative to better reflect their cause and engage supporters. As a result, WVS saw a threefold increase in volunteer sign-ups and donations, giving their vital animal welfare work a significant boost.
